DAY 1 — Wednesday, 12 May 2027 : PARIS - KILIMANJARO
Meet the group at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) for your international flight to Tanzania.
Your Amihan Travel Tours coordinator will assist the group with check-in and departure
formalities before you begin your journey to Tanzania.

DAY 2 — Thursday, 13 May 2027 : ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO - ARUSHA
Your Tanzanian adventure begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative.
After completing airport formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, the remainder of the day will be free for relaxation and recovery from your journey.
Take the opportunity to unwind at the hotel and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead.

DAY 3 — Friday, 14 May 2027 : ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK - KARATU
After breakfast, depart Arusha and travel towards Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's scenic wildlife destinations.
The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife. Upon entering the park, begin your game drive through its beautiful landscapes, looking out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and numerous bird species.
Around midday, stop at a suitable location within the park for a picnic lunch surrounded by nature.
Continue your game drive after lunch, with further opportunities for wildlife viewing and
photography.
Later in the afternoon, exit Tarangire National Park and continue towards Karatu. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax after an exciting day in the wilderness.

DAY 4 — Saturday, 15 May 2027 : KARATU - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart Karatu and begin the scenic journey towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park.
The drive takes you through changing landscapes before reaching the vast plains of the
Serengeti. Upon entering the park, your game drive begins as you search for the abundant wildlife that has made the Serengeti one of Africa's most famous safari destinations.
Depending on the season and location of the herds, you may encounter large numbers of wildebeest and zebras, as well as lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and many other animals.
A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the day's safari, allowing you to maximize your time in the park. Continue the game drive into the afternoon before proceeding to your camp for check-in and relaxation.

DAY 5 — Sunday, 16 May 2027 : FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the magnificent Serengeti National Park.
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the plains. Your professional guide will search for wildlife and follow current animal activity, taking you through different areas of the park.
Depending on the season and location, you may witness large herds of wildebeest and zebra, predator-prey interactions, or encounters with some of the Serengeti's famous big cats.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, allowing you to spend as much time as possible experiencing the wilderness.
In the late afternoon, return to Tukaone Tented Camp to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

DAY 6 — Monday, 17 May 2027 : SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CRATER - KARATU
After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and travel towards the spectacular Ngorongoro
Conservation Area.
Your destination is the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Tanzania's most remarkable wildlife areas.
Descend into the crater for a game drive across the crater floor. Its enclosed ecosystem
provides excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and other wildlife. With some luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhinoceros.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a suitable location within the crater before continuing your wildlife exploration.
In the afternoon, begin your ascent from the crater and continue to Karatu, returning to Marera Valley Lodge for the evening.

DAY 7 — Tuesday, 18 May 2027 : KARATU - ARUSHA AIRPORT - ZANZIBAR
After breakfast, depart Karatu and travel towards Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
The journey provides a final opportunity to enjoy Tanzania's countryside before concluding the safari portion of your holiday.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met by your representative and transferred to your hotel in Stone Town.
After check-in, settle into your accommodation and relax. In the evening, enjoy dinner and take in the atmosphere of historic Stone Town.

DAY 8 — Wednesday, 19 May 2027 : STONE TOWN & SPICE TOUR - KWANZA RESORT
After breakfast, discover the historic heart of Zanzibar with a guided Stone Town tour.
Walk through the narrow streets and discover the fascinating mixture of African, Arab, Indian and European influences that have shaped Zanzibar's history and culture. The tour introduces you to important historical buildings, markets, old residences and other landmarks.
Continue with a Spice Tour, one of Zanzibar's most popular cultural experiences. Known as the "Spice Island", Zanzibar has a long history of producing cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, nutmeg and other spices.
Learn about the cultivation and uses of these spices and experience their distinctive aromas and flavours.
After the cultural excursions, continue to Kwanza Resort. Check in, settle into the resort and begin the relaxing beach portion of your holiday.

This is your final opportunity to slow down and enjoy the beautiful Zanzibar atmosphere before your journey home.
In the evening, enjoy your final dinner at the resort.
